JKR Design Standard Procedures
Consultation Fee – $150
The consultation is time for us to walk through your existing space and listen to your vision for the project, what you are looking to get out of the space, and how it can best serve you in your home. We will go over “big ideas” and provide any insight and ideas for the space using our experience and industry knowledge. We will also discuss spatial layout, architectural elements, furniture pieces, best fabrics/color palette to use, and so on! During this time we will also discuss your budget, loose timeframe for the project, and answer any and all questions you may have. In short, we are there to advise and counsel on your upcoming project and provide our ideas and resources to help you make the right decisions for your project in the next steps.
Text Consulting – Flat rate starting at $150
Text consulting is a service for someone who has a great hold on their sense of style and the time to make their own selections but want the opinion of an interior designer. We will discuss the size of the project and then come up with a flat rate. Included in that rate you can text or email with questions and photos of selections for your space and I will offer my opinion and suggestions.
Styling – $150/hour
Styling and accessory installation is great for a client that has 75% of their space complete but needs help with the finishing touches. I will shop for and install all the accessories to give your home a completed feel. This includes but is not limited to: pillows, throws, shelf decor, coffee table decor, frames, etc. I love to shop. I believe that the final finishing touches are what make a project shine.
Interior Design Services & Selections – $125/hour
Interior Consulting –
We will determine how many hours the project will approximately take before the job starts.
Selecting architectural finishes, lighting and plumbing can be overwhelming. I provide guidance with all architectural finishes. I also provide guidance on all furniture selections and will include a CAD layout and Vision Board for your project.
Space Analysis – Guidance in creating an efficient and comfortable floor plan that utilizes your space to the fullest to fit your lifestyle
Cabinetry and Furniture Design – I provide guidance with customizing your kitchen, bathroom, media center cabinets and bookshelves. I work with local cabinet vendors, as well as work with my favorite local shops to design furniture that fits your particular design and size requirements
